Submit a puppy application to get started! Once it is approved we will contact you within 24-48 hours via text or email. Before you apply please review our Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee (link provided below). We want to help you find the perfect puppy! If you would like to be placed on a Litter Reservation List for one of our upcoming litters, please fill out the following information.

Reserve a
Golden Meadow Puppy
❀ We provide a one year Health Guarantee against any life threatening congenital diseases or defects.
❀ After your Puppy Application is submitted, we will send you an email or text to let you know if it was approved! Then you will be added to that litter’s Application List! Watch for litter announcements to be made on our website and via instagram notifications to stay updated on the litter!
❀ We don’t accept reservations or fill the Reservation Lists through a Non-Refundable deposit in advance.
❀ Once pregnancy is confirmed and we know about how many pups we can expect, we will open the Reservation List and you can submit a Non-Refundable deposit then, to secure your spot on the list!
❀ We will post on our story via Instagram when we open the Reservation List for that litter and we will let you know a week and a day before so you can set a reminder!
❀ If you've already applied and don’t see your name on the Application List you can email us your name and we will look up your application.
❀ After reviewing your Puppy Application and signing our Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee, Non - Refundable Reservation List Agreement forms we will send you an email with information on how you can place a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure your place on the reservation list. Deposit will go towards the final cost of the puppy.
❀ We accept deposits via Venmo.
❀ Puppy selection is based on the order of deposits received.
❀ The remaining balance is due once you have selected your puppy.
❀ When pups are 6 weeks old we will post individual pictures, information about their personality and temperament and their projected full grown size.
